Outdoor Sculpture Tours
Glenstone offers hourly daily outdoor sculpture tours from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., weather permitting. Led by a guide, these conversation-based tours typically last 90 minutes and include stops at sculptures by Tony Smith, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Ellsworth Kelly, Jeff Koons, and Richard Serra. Due to expansion work, Andy Goldsworthy’s Clay House (Boulder-Room-Holes) and Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller’s Forest (for a thousand years), will only be accessible to visitors during outdoor sculpture tours on Sundays.
Some visitors may find the walk strenuous, and we ask that you prepare accordingly. The mile-long path ranges from hardscape to mulched walkways, open fields, and wooded areas of varying grades. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle, if necessary. Restrooms are available prior to the tour; however, there are no amenities along the route.
