Hours
Open Thursday through Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please note: The Pavilions building will be closed to visitors on Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18 for an exhibition changeover.
Glenstone's main gates open at 9:45 a.m. on visitor days.
The Café is open from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.; the Patio is open from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Last ticketed admission for the day is 3:15 p.m. Last guaranteed entry for the day is 4:15 p.m.
The Woodland trail closes at 5 p.m. or at sunset, whichever comes first.
The Bookstore, located in the Arrival Hall, is open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. No ticket is required to visit the Bookstore.
Daily, weather permitting:
Nature Walk, departing from the Pavilions Overlook, 1 p.m.
Richard Serra, Four Rounds: Equal Weight, Unequal Measure, 2017 opens from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Andy Goldsworthy, Clay Houses (Boulder-Room-Holes) opens daily from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Glenstone is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
If the heat index value exceeds 90 degrees or if the wind chill temperature falls below 0 degrees, some trails and outdoor sculptures will be closed. If there are thunderstorms reported in the area, we will close outdoor offerings until the storm has passed.
Tickets
Tickets are required to visit Glenstone; admission is always free.
Tickets are released on the 1st of every month at 10 a.m. for that month and the following month.
