Photography Policy

Personal photography

We don’t allow photography indoors (we’re hoping you use your eyes, not your viewfinder, to experience the art), but feel free to snap away in the landscape. We just ask that you watch the art, and your step, when taking any pictures—and please don’t use auxiliary lighting, selfie sticks, drones, smart glasses, or tripods at Glenstone.

Please note: smart glasses are not excepted from the photography policy - they may not be used to capture any indoor photos or videos, and they may not be used to film videos of staff or other visitors without informed consent.

When taking photographs at Glenstone, please also be respectful of the experience of other visitors. Keep paths, trails, and the areas around outdoor sculptures accessible.

Visitors may take professional photographs for personal use in accordance with the guidelines above, provided they do not require special access, reserved space, additional equipment, or activities that disrupt the experience of other visitors. Images captured at Glenstone may not be used for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes.

Commercial photography

Commercial photography is not permitted. Images captured at Glenstone may not be used for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes.
